Summary


The challenging detoxifying yoga class includes yoga poses designed to compress and massage the inner organs which works to rid the body of harmful toxins, leaving you feeling like new. This class will flush and rinse the entire body, so be sure to drink lots of water when you're finished to further aide the detoxification process. This is a challenging class that offers lots of pose variations throughout so you choose to go to your edge and take your practice to the next level.
