Well, hello, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And I'm so happy that you're here on this beautiful Tuesday.

Listen, we are in the midst of some serious cold weather here in Pittsburgh. For those of you that don't know me, I live in Pittsburgh,

Pennsylvania, but my heart actually belongs on the beach. But we've got two boys that are in middle

school and high school. And so we're pretty embedded here. But my vision and my dream is to

someday be recording these podcasts overlooking the ocean in my happy place. I tell you all of that

because I am manifesting that. I am setting the intention. You are going to see my husband

and I make that dream become a reality over the next couple of years. And if you followed me
