And it's like this feels wonderful. What I'm doing right now is really helping a lot. It's just like a sciatica type situation. It's just like a probably I'm not going to find out.

I'm going to give you a stretch to do. And if it makes you feel better, then it's probably either sciatica or like pseudo sciatica. I think what the other version of it's called. It's something like that.

Is there a tree disease? It's once called sciatica. One's called just sciatica, but fake. But fake basically. Yeah, it's pseudo sciatica. It's like it's not actual sciatica. It's just like.

Damn, you've been sitting a lot. It's also called wallet sciatica or hip socket neuropathy. So that's or deep gluteal syndrome, which 100% is damn you've been sitting on your ass.

You've got to get up sometimes. It's my nerd core rapper name actually. It's not any less of a condition than other forms of sciatica. But I think it's like easier to address with a few stretches, which is what happened to me a few years ago when I got it.

I got to when I first moved back to New York and like worked in an office again, which meant like I wasn't I wasn't like walking to and from a school campus, you know, two miles every day and suddenly had to like sit in an office chair the all day. And also it was when I first got back to to run in first with a giant bomb in our studio just had these tall barstools where we didn't have like chairs.

And it was like that for three or four hours a day and it turns out not good for your back. Anyway, I hope your back feels better, man. Well, thank you for joining us. And as is, as is I think noble and right. I want to turn to you first and ask you, what have you been playing to keep your mind good during even if your butt is not good and your lower back isn't hell.

What do you been? What do you plan?

So I think last time I was on I was saying how when we went into quarantine a lot of friends who don't necessarily play a lot of video games or any video games in the past few years were asking me what they should pick up and what I recommended was war zone, which is the call duty battle royale mode that is free.

And I recommend it because it's free and most people have some experience with call of duty so they probably know how to play it more or less like just like the moving around in the shooting and then it's also cross platform so anyone can play with anyone.

And what has happened since is that like a small group of co workers and friends has has bloomed around around war zone and it's been wonderful.

We have like a really good regular group of people playing and it's something that I haven't had in a long time.

When is the last time you had like a multiplayer game.
