1:00.7	Joining us on rounds is Dr. Walt Biffle.
1:03.3	Dr. Biffle is the medical trauma director of trauma and acute care surgery,
1:07.2	as well as the Paul N. Whittier, chair of trauma, at Scripps Memorial Hospital,
1:12.6	La Jolla, in La Jolla, California. Dr. Biffel completed his medical school education at the
1:18.6	George Washington University School of Medicine and his residency at the University of Colorado
1:24.3	Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado, where he also spent quite a bit of
1:28.8	time as a faculty member. Walt is the recipient of numerous research honors awards and
1:35.1	investigator-initiated grants. He serves on the editorial boards of several key surgical journals,
1:41.4	and he's currently the co-editor-in-chief of the World Journal of Emergency
1:45.5	Surgery.
