It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and we're back for another episode.

And I'm going to tell you a really funny story.

I recorded this podcast episode, sent it over to my amazing assistant who proceeded to say to me, Melanie,

can you send me the video version because there isn't any sound on the audio? To which I sent her

the video version, but I watched it first and there was no sound on the video version either.

So I just want to tell you, this is the second rendition of this podcast episode. And the fact that I'm recording it a second time means that it's

going to be super special and you are absolutely going to love it. So I just want you to know,

sometimes I come across as super polished and very professional, but every
