this the wrong way but as much as I love doing marathon talk and I really

really really really really love it. It's been nice to have a

break from it. It has actually. Yeah it's been good. I've enjoyed I've enjoyed

spending some time with the family over Christmas and just taking a little

sidestep. Yeah. Tuesdays and Wednesdays not being like, oh, I've got to do this, got to do this, or I haven't published a show and it just simplifying it all and

you know, massive thanks to Ben and Alicia for doing the interviews in advance so we could get the

show done and Ian Corliss for editing it kind of in advance so it was minimum work but it was

it's great to be back and I'm really excited about recording this today on what day is it Tuesday the fifth for Wednesday the sixth, but it has been nice actually

To have a little breeder. What have you been doing? How was your Christmas and New Year?

Nice and fairly chilled out. We went to my mums in advance for her birthday. Then we came back, had Christmas here, Christmas Day at Harrogate Park Run. To love Christmas Day Park Runs we had around the world, I think we had

off the top of my head about 31,000 Park Runners on Christmas Day, which was pretty cool.

And then obviously we ran back Boxing Day as well,
