Summary
The other day I posted something on my Facebook business page, and told people they could post their links to their small businesses so that my followers could shop. There is now over 3.5 THOUSAND comments, but what I saw in the comments was pure chaos. People were making it so hard for us to buy from them! I had to do a little sales 101 post, and I turned it into a podcast episode so that you can look for these signs if you're getting lazy on social media.
