Well, hey there, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And I'm excited that you are here listening to this week's episode. I am going to

talk all things leadership because I know way too many network marketing leaders who are resentful,

they are burnt out, and they are ready to throw in the towel in their network marketing

business because they feel like they can never turn it off. The demands are so strong

for their time. They feel responsible for everybody else's

success. And the emotional challenges that go into building your downline sometimes are greater

than our capacity. And when we don't have the right circle of influence, mentors, and community,

it can really take us down a spiral where we start to

second guess whether or not we're cut out for direct sales leadership. And I'm here to tell you

today that please don't give up. Please don't give in. Do not waver on your faith in the
