So, how are you doing, Tom Williams?

How are you doing? I'm good. I'm good. I got back late last night. After six

brilliant days in sunny San Francisco and it was sunny about 21 degrees and sunny every

single day. Lovely, look at that.

I did see pictures of you flexing your buff

underneath the Golden Gate Bridge

and other famous San Francisco locations. Alcat yeah go and get a bridge it was it was beautiful actually

we run we ran almost every day I think ran down to the water front saw some big sea lions, did Chrissy Field

Park run, ran across the bridge.

See it was really nice. It's a nice running city actually San Francisco.

We hung out with Strava. That was pretty cool. They were a good bunch. Met the founders,

hang out all those of the staff. They some came to Park Run on Saturday morning. So that was cool. and also I enjoyed some cockpit action.
