Well, hey friend, welcome back to the podcast. I'm Jennifer. I'm glad you're here. I'm gonna be talking today about hosting your

first live event.

I was literally just on, I was finishing up a workshop.

And I did for four days this week

and there's a lady who was planning like live retreats. I guess what else would they be?

Because you can't really do a retreat online. But she was planning like to do live retreats and we were talking about some things that go into

you know a really good event and a really good retreat. And I feel as though we've hosted enough live events now that I've got, you know, some information that I can give you.

And if you're like me and you're like,

I don't want to host a live event.

I'm an introvert.

Look, I get it.

So we have shifted from going with several hundreds of people.

I think at our last event we had 400 people.
