What's up you guys? I'm Haley and I'm Andrea and this is Inhuman a true-crime podcast Oh, Welcome back everybody. Today's case that I'm going to share with you guys is one that I've been thinking about for about a solid week now since I

started researching it so if you guys are listening to this in real time we took a

week off because we have had a lot of sickness and of course now that the week off is done I'm sick so I apologize if you hear like a sticky voice but I promise I'm fine. I'm just like a little congested. I will try not to cough or sneeze in your ears.

But I had already done the research or started the research for this case before we took the

week off and so I have been like thinking about it for quite a while and it's one that is solved but there's questions about if the right person is in prison.

So it's an interesting one and I'm very curious to hear what your guys thoughts are.

And this case actually came from one of our listeners. Our

listener Emma from Scotland suggested this case what really like intrigued me to want to cover it. So Emma said,

I'd love to hear the story of Luke Mitchell

and the murder of Jody Jones.

Lots of conspiracies around it.

He is in prison, but still withholds his innocence.

So I just think it's interesting that like somebody from Scotland is saying that

because it's like you know obviously like I think people around the world have heard

this case but not as much and it seems like people in Scotland are kind of divided

of if they think he did it or think he didn't do it.

So I'm going to give you guys all the facts and all the details and then at the end we can Andrea and I will kind of discuss what we think after I share everything and then Andrea hears everything and then I'd love to hear your guys thoughts on either Instagram or Facebook when we post about this case because I don't know it's interesting that's all I'm going to say.
