Hey, David Thomas. Hey, Sissy Gough. It has been a year, hasn't it? It has been a year

indeed. A calendar year, but a school year in particular. All the years. A school year,

a calendar year. The pandemic year has been a year. It has. And we have talked so much amongst

ourselves, but we haven't even really talked on the podcast yet about what we're seeing

kids and the impact it's had. And so those really exciting and timely to get to talk about

what we feel like kids need moving into the summer. So, okay, let's start with you, though.

What do you feel like you need moving into the summer? You can't say talk to more tacos.

Instead of that, this sounds so simple, but I just think I just need sunshine. I need to be

able to be outdoors more easily than has been possible in the last season. I think I'm excited

for that. Yes. And we talk so much about what movement does for all of us. So I think I'm really

ready for that. What about you? I feel like I need to laugh. I just feel like I have laughed less

probably. I mean, I think I've laughed less in the last year. That is one of the hardest sentences
