What's up, bro? So 30 podcasts is a lot of podcasts, man. And I feel like we're hitting our stride now. You know how like a little bit earlier in the, in our kind of reeling off these numbers? I'd say, this is more than I thought I did now. I'm not looking back, bro. I want people to subscribe. I want people to listen because I think me and you got something good here.

Oh yeah.

We're flowing. We're 30 in 30 weeks. It feels like we do this in our sleep. No, I wish because we still do have to do it every week. That's the thing. But our guests today, and I say this a lot, but our guest today

is a friend of mine, and I'm very blessed to have this man as a friend for selfish reasons,

because I'm a super New York Giant fan, as we know, and I have a feeling this interview will be

a bit different than with our last retired NFL New York giant defensive player LT.

But I have to do this intro right because when I introduced this man at a New Heights Gala benefit,

I folded and I refer to him as a Super Bowl champion as opposed to a two-time Super Bowl champion.

So I will not mess that up again.
