Mainly we're just going to talk about what we eat.

None of us are doctors.

We don't even pretend to be doctors.

So this is just kind of like what we do, some things we've found,

stuff like that, stuff we've learned. Your email does say doctor, kind of so on a

true. That is true. Yeah, yeah. I actually do claim to be a doctor. I've been lied to for so long.

But I certainly, I certainly am not. But like all of us have either come a long way or, you know, or, you know, working on it.

So it's kind of best to learn from somebody's experience instead of just kind of trudging
