There are a percentage of people out there who are mean, who are ill-intentioned, who have

you know psychological issues who are dysfunctional, who might even be sociopathic, and they're

out there and we have to know how to deal with them and a lot of them are our

bosses I'm afraid people who get positions of power can often be the most manipulative of all

no one's helping anybody who to deal with that. So I write a book back in

1998 that I compare it to it's like a straight shot of whiskey. I'm not putting any water in it. They're not even ice cubes in it. It's just

straight. I'm giving it to you the way it really is, right? It's the actual form of what life is like, you know? This is what the boss will be doing behind closed doors

when he's not, you're not seeing any of this, but this is how people operate.

And I think for a lot of young people who maybe in our culture have kind of adopted sort of

naive notions about life and about people.
