is a dear friend of Melissa's and David and my childhood hero. We are so excited for y'all to

listen in on this conversation with Amy Grant. We are so grateful for you to spend the time with us

really and very honored to get to sit with you. And I was thinking about you this morning and

thinking about really for generations. I think you have this voice that you have shared truth

and hope and you have this way of doing it with so much grace. And at the same time, Amy, I think

you make everyone feel like they're friends with you. And I don't know how you do it, but it's

just your manner and your heart and the way you come across. And you had a connection today,

start way before David or I got here, way back with Melissa. And I think the loft was part of that,

maybe. And we are still singing songs. Everyone's off from the loft at Hope Town. Wow. That's fun.

Even go back to our picture you at Harpeth Hall and your little outfit. Maybe this first time I met

you and spoke at a similar or something over there. But then it was in the 70s. I connected with you.
