Hello and welcome back to what we said podcasts. I'm Chelsea and I'm Jasey.

And this week we are talking to you about toxicity. Basically toxic friendships,

toxic relationships and toxic people. This has been highly requested actually.

Very much so. I think a lot of people deal with this. Most people have at least one person in

their life who's been toxic towards them I think. It would be so incredibly interesting to talk

to someone who has not come across one person like this in their life. Life everyone knows us,

everyone knows so many people. Life kind of said he doesn't have that many toxic relationships though.

Or like he doesn't feel like he has had anything that he could remember that was

specifically toxic. And I don't know. Laves a rare breed honestly. But I was going to say we

can get into that part a lot later where we'll talk about what kind of people are more prone to

being in those toxic relationships. But certainly that person's me. It's always the nice ones.

Okay so first of all quick little update this weekend was fun. I was busy. Chelsea is visiting

me in California. But when you guys listen to this podcast episode we will actually be just getting

home from our cabin trip. We're going on a little trip to my cabin and pint off at least. I'm so

excited. Oh, and I'm so excited. It will be my first time. Well actually that's not true. I

spent the night and it wants with my mom. But this will be a first like trip where it's done and

I am so beyond excited to like experience it for just what it is. I'm so excited to be there because

I love cabin trips. Like there's nothing more fun than like cabins. I know. And you just like get

to be all cozy. So cozy. But also probably more exciting for you because you've seen it in the

works the whole time. Yes. I've seen the whole process. And then last night I'm like jumping in
