Case in point us. In some cases, like ours, that might be several times in a lifetime.

We have a loud upstairs neighbor who's always either running, vacuuming, nailing something,

screaming or just loudly existing. She's pretty rough. Or we have the loud,

continuously fighting Greek family to our right and the talkative cat lady to our left.

We can't escape it.
