Welcome everybody to Crystal Kyland Friends. We have a really interesting, I think very

important show today, arguably the most important one, maybe we've ever done. It's very relevant,

it's very pertinent to free speech, free expression, the First Amendment. We're going to be

talking to the brother and the father of the one and only Julian Assange. There's a lot I could

say about that, but you know what, I'm going to save it for the interview. We'll talk more about

that in the interview. But let's start with some news here first. So there's a lot of big stuff going

on. Bill Cosby might be the biggest one if you ask my opinion. So it's interesting, right? Because

we got the news that Bill Cosby is being released. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said he got a release

and I think everybody's reaction was the same when they read it. It's like, wait, what?

Yeah, that makes no sense. What are you talking about? That's absurd. I even know that that was

a possibility. That's what I'm saying. I didn't either. I was like, first of all, I didn't even know

he was doing an appeal or whatever. I was just like, he's done so. He was, you know, it was 60 women

or something. I'm like, in my, you know, naive mind, I thought, this is over. Yes. And I also thought

like out of the 60 women, maybe like four or five of them got them, you know what I mean? Like,

it was a lawsuit with a bunch of them or whatever. Yeah. Turns out, no. So anyway, the specifics of

the case are really interesting. So what happened is he was told by the district attorney in 2005.

Basically, listen, we're not going to come out for you for this. So he may as well fess up.

Now he had paid three, about three, you're three point five million dollars, like three point

three, six million dollars to the woman in one particular case. Yeah. And so he was told,

listen, we're not going to come out for you. So you may as well confess. And basically Bill Cosby

was like, okay, I did it. That's the gist of he basically was like, yeah, I did it. I used to slip

quite loose into drinks and then have my way with women. Now what happened was years later,
