joined by psychologist and author, Dr. Ken Wilgus. Hey, everybody. This is Dr. Wilgus. A few weeks ago,

I recorded a kind of behind-the the scenes podcast with my wife, Sally.

It was a bit of a risk, but just to kind of find out what is it like to be married to this sort of

mad scientist that does this planned emancipation thing. But I got through that okay. And so I thought,

well, let's take more risk. So I have in the studio with me today actually all of my children, which is a bigger risk.

Talk about going behind the scenes to see what is it like having this dad that did this.

So I'm very excited but also a little bit nervous.

So I have my three children. My oldest is my son, Alex.

Hi. And my middle daughter, Anna. And then my baby girl, Frances. Hi. And it is this, so this is your

future. If you're parents of teenagers, you know, you go from when your

children think you're a rock star and they run up to just to greet you. Then as the stage you're in now,

of course, they forget your name and they don't care. And then you go to the stage where my wife and I

are, which is our children of the rock

stars, and we just do whatever we can to be around them. So being all in the same place is a real

thrill for me. Alex, where do you live? And what are you doing? I live in Chicago, Illinois,

and I am a priest in the Anglican Church in North America. And you're here for, I guess, a coronavirus trip.

With your wife, Lauren, and your two boys, Owen and Brian, and they are four and two, and Lauren works for an NGO there.

And then Anna, you live not too far from here with your husband,

who is a minister at a church, and you have your three kids.
