I had one of our very own Welcome to reality TV, Facebook family members, reach out to me and she mentioned that she was, get ready for it, a reality TV producer.

Well, one thing led to another and yada, yada, here we are with her agreeing to bite the bullet and

spill the dirt to the three of us.

This is technically sociology, right? I have Larissa here with me and we connected on the Welcome to reality TV Facebook page. She reached out to me and told me some

amazing insight and boots on the ground that she has with our favorite topic of

and can you give us your background and what you do.

I love the podcast. You're brilliant, and it's everyone on there is thinking exactly what I'm

thinking when we're watching these shows so kudos to you I've been in the business as a

non-scripted producer for probably like 22 years and I come from a background of like documentaries documentaries.

I've worked for E for a number of years.

I've worked for NBC, I've worked for TLC,

I've done tons of shows too many even count but now I basically look for microcosms of

society and cast my own shows and pitch my own shows.

So that's what I've been doing for about the last seven years.
