hurt. I am doing this installment of the podcast with a, shall we say, fading voice. I've been

dealing with a cold, maybe even the flu this week. I don't know. I have not been myself

this week. I tested negative for COVID. So I guess I have something else. But I started

losing my voice on Thursday afternoon. I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to do a show

for Friday. I do have a show for you on this Friday. But this opening segment is going

to be shorter than usual. So we can just get right into everything. I am taping this first

segment of the show last. So in other words, I've already taped the rest of the show. So

you're getting the worst version of the voice in this segment. The voice will be of better

quality, the rest of the show. Next segment, I'm going to talk commanders. I'm very happy

about the resigning of Cornelius Lucas. And I want to explore something that's not getting

enough attention. Just how good Washington's offensive line was last season. And what

the commanders very good offensive line could mean for cars and when. So I will talk wizards

another embarrassing performance by them in a 114102 loss at the Milwaukee box on Thursday

night. I don't know what's worse right now. My voice or the wizards defense. So I will

talk Georgetown of the Hoyas have hired a new assistant coach for the staff of yes,

head coach, Patrick Ewing, who pretty clearly isn't going anywhere despite Georgetown

going. Oh, and 20 in biggies games this season. I'm also going to discuss the bad job that

Georgetown and Maryland have been doing of recruiting the Washington DC area. You know,

the sweet 16 in the NCAA tournament is loaded with quality players who went to Washington
