Fame. Here's your host, Brandon Adam. The portal

giveth, and the portal taketh away. And that's just the way things go in college football here

these days. Yesterday, Georgia finding out that cornerback Dominic Kelly is going to transfer. And

this is one of those things where you've got to give credit where it's due, obviously, that it's been, for the most part, pretty quiet with Georgia thus far. Now, the portal does remain open for what, another day or so? So, you know, there's all, you're always on guard for anything, who knows, and, you know, even the deadlines themselves, do they even mean anything anymore? I guess you're sometimes left to wonder that too. But for the most part, it's been pretty quiet in terms of guys leaving the Georgia program. Georgia's done a

very good job of locking down its roster. Player retention has been the buzz phrase. And Georgia

has really, I think, succeeded to a great degree with all of that.

And yet even with that, you know you're going to lose some guys, double digits at least.

And that's about where Georgia has been.

And most of these guys have been of the situation of, yeah, I guess so.

That seems about right.

Or maybe you could have predicted that.

It's been fairly low wattage in terms of the reaction.

Dominic Kelly was not a starter for Georgia a year ago,

but when you talk to people who know,

no ball or, you know, kind of around the program or whatever else,

I mean, I think the thing that you pretty consistently hear is,

I like Dominic Kelly.

I think that Dominic Kelly can be a pretty good player. This was a former reclass that George was able to bring in, shown some spark, had a couple of, you know, key pass breakups, things like that during the season. I had an interception, I guess, during G-Day. You may remember that. This is a guy that showed some spark and showed some promise.
