When I was a kid, we went to a primitive pinnacle church that had no electricity and no running water and no indoor plumbing.

And for the longest time, I thought that you weren't really a church and you really weren't bursting God the right way.

If you had those things in your church, if you had electricity, running water and indoor plumbing, it was the craziest thing I'd use the bathroom in an outhouse for the first 10 years in my life.

And when I say outhouse, I mean the old-fashioned wooden hole in the door, kind of outhouses, and it was the craziest thing.

And when I became an adult, it was really easy to look back on that and see how crazy it was.
