episode. I love these Q&A episodes because it's always off the wall, and the other thing too,

I always learned something new on these episodes. Even though the reason I'm one of the ones

answering the questions, I actually forces me to make sure that I understand what I'm saying

and articulating it correctly, so I appreciate them too. Yeah, totally, one of the things I'm not

the biggest fan of actually along those lines is offering advice or answering questions in a way

that sounds like I'm certain that I'm right, especially when there are a lot of questions we

get asked that just don't have any hard, right, or wrong answers. Again, that's often the case in

brewing, I feel. I know some people don't really agree with me on that. They want to hear

an answer of certainty so that they can feel comfortable making a decision. That's not what we're
