I'm going to talk to them a little bit today, so that's going to be my episode.

Tuesday, I'm going to have Paul Boulanger on.

Now, y'all know he's going to be the one tasked with being the new director of education he'll be the

busiest man in the nLC when we take over james henry has made it a priority to educate this country

that's what's going to happen it's a priority of mine and so i'll be talking to paul tuesday he was

going to be on today as well, but he lost his voice.

And so I'll have him on Tuesday. He's going to tell you everything that's going to happen once he takes over.

Education. How are we going to do that? When I say you're going to educate the workroom floor,

how does that, how is that going to happen? What does that look like? And Paul's going to tell you that,

okay? Different things as far as educating. I talked about travelers, new stewards, making sure that

people are sitting in front of them, educating them on every facet of the grievous procedure.

Our union has failed us in these smaller stations, these smaller

branches as far as educating. They can't make it to regional training because they can't afford it.

They can't make it to these union meetings because they work too late. And so how do we get them

educated? We have to go to them. We've got to.

It's got to be a priority. We cannot say, well, if you want education, then you need to do what you
