So throughout the time on our show today, we're going to talk about what, if anything, we learn from Georgia's win against Kentucky.

A, it was nice to see Georgia make it look mostly easy.

Obviously, the nature of the competition factors into that.

We're not going to pretend that it doesn't.

So during our time today, we're going to talk about what the key takeaways were from that particular game.

If you don't mind, though, I want to begin with this.

I thought that maybe the single most interesting thing we heard from Kirby Smart after the game

related to some of the things that he had to say about Gunner Stockton.

We've told you before that we think for all the times in which you hear from Kirby Smart

throughout the week, it's the post-game press conference when the adrenaline of the game is still

a little juiced up within you, that Kirby is oftentimes more interesting, more off the cuff,

just a little more shooting from the hip in a post-game press conference than he is any other time.

And if you want some insight to his actual thoughts,

if you want his unfettered analysis of his own team,

you are far more likely to get that from a post-game press conference

than you are from one of the Monday, or if he speaks some other time,

just because he's going to be more guarded in those situations.

And I think Saturday is a perfect example of this.
