Welcome back to Formate Arbitration, the Wednesday edition.

I'm not going to do a Lions Den episode this week. Matter of fact,

going to be some changes to the Lions Den. Paul Bolanger, who's going to be the Director of

Education, is going to take over the Lions Den. And he's going to have everything, CLC. They're going to do a lot

of training. You're going to hear from

different candidates of the CLC get to know them better and so that's going to take a different

direction and I'm glad so Paul's a very educated dude and I'm excited about him being the director

of education and so he'll be taking that over I don't know when but hopefully soon I'll be back

next Wednesday if he doesn't take it over by the end and do and just keep doing episodes on

route protection until he does take over okay and so there's going to be a change coming to the

lion's den and it's going to be focused more towards CLC lion's den. And it's going to be focused more towards CLC, candidates of the CLC, so you get to know them, like I said.

They can tell you their vision for what they're going to be doing in their current position.

And so no Lions Den today, though.

Went to Branch 132 in Dallas had a fantastic time there

and I always love seeing my people it's it's I love it just being around my brothers and

sisters from different areas and and they showed up in force had some drive as far as two

hours away to come and see us and that
