Summary

This week on Breaking Bread, Tom is an absolute fangirl because the legendary Chris Bianco joins us in the studio. They discuss how comedy and baking both have the ability to comfort people in times of need. Chris shares about his efforts to help people during the LA fires. He even handles Tom's bread like an old grandma - but - does he give Tom his stamp of approval? We still don't know. Enjoy!

Hey, everybody. Welcome to another edition of Breaking Bread with Tom Papa. I'm Tom Papa, and today,

this is very exciting. We have Chris Bianco on the program. Award winning chef from Bianco

0:13.0

Pizzeria. He's so great. This is the second time on the podcast. Not really. It's really the first time.

0:39.9

for a long time. He is some of the best pizza in all of America. He's got a place in Phoenix and a place

0:46.7

here in Los Angeles. He also has this amazing line of tomatoes. He does his own tomatoes,

0:53.9

Bianco DiNapoli, which I actually have a

0:57.7

painting of the label in my kitchen, in my dining area. It's just great, and I use it all the time

1:06.1

when I'm making my big Sunday dinners. He's so great. He's got great stories.

1:11.5

He's such a giving, giving character.

1:14.8

He's just, he's an artist.

1:16.9

He's truly an artist at what he does.

1:20.1

And that art is part being a great chef and part being a great host.

1:27.3

He really makes everybody feel like he's,

1:30.2

like you're his best friend.

1:31.9

And I just want to say on this podcast

1:34.2

that you all that think that are wrong,

1:37.0

I am his best friend.

1:39.4

So let's get to it now.
