So the answer is not do I just become a little bit less nice or a little bit more

asshole or you know no that the answer is is up above that it comes from us being able to soothe our anxiety. It comes from us being able to

release our shame. It comes from us being able to bond with other men. It comes from us

being able to live with purpose and passion and ask ourselves what feels right to me and then do it.

It comes from being what I call in the book an integrated mail, authentic mail, an embodied mail, open art.

I mean there's a conscious mail, there's a conscious male,

there's a lot of words that we could use for it,

but it's not just reacting, it's rewiring our nervous system

and developing a new paradigm that shows us a new way of

interacting with the world and mainly it means doing it on our terms, doing it our way, getting comfortable in our own skin.
