All right, everybody. Welcome back. Today's episode is kind of going to

somewhat go off of my last episode, which was came out last Thursday for

listening to this in real time. But we're going to be talking about the

great bass and murders I mentioned it in the last episode because one of the

suspects in the string of this string of murders is one of the suspects in the

disappearance of Amy Bechtel. Oh, okay. I covered Amy Bechtel in episode

245. And I mentioned the suspect and that that person was a suspect in the

great bass and murders. So I kind of started diving more into him and into the

great bass and murders. So that's what led to this episode.

Okay. Yeah, I remember you mentioning that in the last episode.

Yeah, it's super interesting and complicated and unsolved.

Geez. Yeah. So the great bass and murders is the name that has been given to

basically a string of at least nine murders that happened between 1983 and

1997 in Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. Most of the victims were teenage or

adult women. And at first, it was believed that they were all killed by one

person. But it's now believed that this may not be the case. Okay. But regardless,

there are several unsolved murders from the great bass scenario during this

time that may be connected and are almost all still cold cases. So with that,
