Obviously, we're going to talk today about the commitment yesterday of the four-star

cornerback, Justice Fitzpatrick.

This was really fun for me because, well, I try to follow stuff as closely as I can.

And obviously, Justice was a part of a very impressive group of official visitors to Georgia

this past week.

The truth is, I was not on guard last night to have the Fitzpatrick commitment land kind of right here in our lap

this is interesting on a number of fronts you know major programs st. Thomas Aquinas down there in

south Florida I would say a pretty big flex for a guy like Dante Williams obviously a T-Robbing involved and stuff like this too you would assume

you know these Georgia defensive back coaches making a name for themselves, as they kind of still kind of the early stages of their career, kind of a big deal from that.

It's Minka Fitzpatrick's brother. That's one of the most well-known players in the SEC over the course of the last decade or so.

So there's a lot to like about this. I would say that another

thing that's worth considering here is, look, we're in challenging times when it comes to

recruiting. And of course, Georgia's not getting every single player that it wants. But when you watch

the way in which the Georgia recruiting ranking has climbed up and up and up, what are they six now, I think? If you care about like, say, 24-7 sports composite team ranking, something like that, I think that Georgia's up to sixth there on that. So the point is, you know, we're kind of in the hot recruiting time a year. And Georgia's sort of right back where you expect it to be in that category of elite recruiting classes

once again in 2026. That's obviously, I think, a really good thing. But let me also talk about the

Justice Fitzpatrick news from a slightly different vantage point. I don't know why this necessarily is,
