There is good news, and I promise you we'll get to some of that here today.

But admittedly,

I think this is also one of those weekends for Georgia that will mostly be remembered for kind of what didn't happen. We'll obviously get later on into the baseball season coming to just

a much more premature end than I think anybody would have expected or perhaps hoped. We'll get

to that here in a little bit.

And I want to begin with the fact that sort of out of nowhere, five-star tied in Mark

Bowman over the weekend made a pretty abrupt commitment to USC. And I do think it's telling

that when you've kind of thinking, when you've been thinking about, okay, well, who would be

the main

threat you know georgia's been an ever-present factor with bowman he's visited georgia uh frequently

obviously seems like a really good fit for the sort of thing that georgia has done offensively i think

most georgia fans were probably thinking well if you know if it's not george that wins this

recruiting battle then you got to watch a program like Texas.

There has been some chatter about Texas.

There was really, you know, up until recently,

been almost no chatter at all about USC for Mark Bowman.

But sort of out of nowhere, USC comes in.

You start seeing those online predictions showing up. USC puts out the video,
