Summary

Brandon is a Jujitsu instructor and teaches the Wim Hof Method. He has joined us on many of our Contact at the Cabin events, running breathwork sessions and ice bath instruction for attendees.

Brandon was in our area to teach some classes over the weekend so we invited him out to the Tangent Cube for some podcasting. We talk about Jujitsu, Wim Hof, shamanism, the power of the breath, and general life hacking for physical and spiritual improvement.

0:23.1	This is Brothers of the Serpent podcast, and we are coming to you not live from the 10 by 10 by 10 tangent cube of science, where we are nestled amongst the dusty bones of an ancient seabed high atop the Edwards Plateau.
0:38.3	So I got a couple things I've been meaning to say these things, and I keep forgetting.
0:43.3	The main one is that the people are asking about this, sometimes we have to shift our publishing schedule.
0:51.3	So we always try to publish one episode a week. For a long time,
0:55.7	we were publishing them on, I don't know, Wednesday, and then it was Tuesday, and then it was Monday.
1:01.4	But now it's shifted to Thursday. So you can expect the new episodes sometime around noon,
1:08.6	our time on Thursdays. So noon central on Thursdays that gives us
1:13.9	because this especially with this time of the year um like call and are usually trying to record
1:19.7	everything on Mondays but it doesn't always work so if our publishing schedule was Monday but we
1:25.6	missed the Monday recording opportunity, then the shows
1:29.5	are late and then people freak out.
1:31.0	So the idea is that if we don't make Monday recording, we have Tuesday and Wednesday before
1:35.5	we need to publish on Thursday.
1:37.2	So that's the goal.
1:38.9	So publishing schedules now are on Thursdays.
1:43.5	And so going on from that, we're recording this one early.
1:49.0	Yeah.
1:50.2	So we got a guest coming in.
1:52.8	He'll be here later.
