Here's your host, Brandon Adam. On a week like this around Dog Nation, there is only one question on the minds of Georgia fans.

And this has traditionally been true for many, many years.

When Georgia gets a big recruit, whether it's a five-star quarterback or a four-star linebacker or sort of anything in between,

the big question on the minds of Georgia fans in the immediate aftermath of that

news is, what's next? There is nothing Georgia fans love doing more. And I would say all

college football fans are probably like this to a degree. But there is nothing that Georgia

fans love doing more than turning the page after big recruiting news in the hopes

that that announcement becomes a domino or a snowball or whatever your preferred analogy is

that creates even more recruiting momentum for Georgia.

And there is reason to believe here right now that maybe this is a possibility for Georgia post Jared Curtis announcement.

Now, if you want to go back to like old ancient days and recruiting, and by that I mean like say four or five years ago, I think there was a thought at the time that, hey, the quarterback, the phrase we used yesterday on the show was, and you're going to be kind of around the recruiting world for a few years to remember this. He used to be the quarterbacks were thought of as Pied Piper's. You ever hear the Pied Piper story? Is he the thing that like, he's the guy that drove the snakes out of Ireland? Is that right? With the flute or something? I believe

I'm being told it's rats, not snakes. I'm being told it's rats. So the Pied Piper, I thought it was

snakes, but maybe it's rats. Either way, I believe the Piper is playing a flute and driving the something

out of some country, which I believe may have been Ireland. But the point is, the point is, the idea of a Piper exists in recruiting, at least it used

to, of, hey, the big quarterback commits, people want to follow in the footsteps of the big

quarterback.

That is sort of the way that things used to be.

I don't quite think that's the way that things are anymore. I just think that,

A, recruiting decisions were always more individualistic that we gave them credit for.
