Our theme this week is kind of related to over-underers.

We're going to do some of that here in a moment.

But let me say this. One of the things I find fascinating about the Georgia off season is that for the most part, people had a little bit of a sense that, you know, certainly could have been better offensively a year ago.

Some people say that very loudly and emphatically. Some people say that, you know, in kind of a, you know, a little bit more muted fashion. But either way, you know, there is a fairly large consensus, both from people outside Dog Nation, from Georgia fans themselves, that things could have been better a year ago. And obviously, everybody's got their own prescription for how you fix that. But the one thing I do think we should appreciate is the fact that, you know, Kirby Smart upon looking at that problem, I believe I would describe this as having seen those issues, Kirby decided to take massive action towards making things better.

And a lot of people, if we're being honest, sort of wish that Smart would have taken

different actions that he took, but he took action nonetheless.

Georgia's chosen path to fix whatever is wrong with its offense is to bring in some new

blood from a player standpoint.

They've gotten very aggressive at bringing in, for instance, wide receivers

to make this offense more potent here this year.

And some of that is with the, I think, most impressive crop of high school

receivers that I've seen Georgia sign.

Some of those guys may even, you know,

play significant role for Georgia here this season. But in other cases, it's also been the two

transfers that Georgia brought in. It's like a riot branch from USC, Noah Thomas from Texas A&M.

And some of you already know this without me telling you.

Pay attention to rumor mill.

If you listen to the, you know, coaches, you know, like university staff members, boosters, you know, all this, all these categories of people that somehow find their way at Georgia practice.
