My name is Helen, and I'm Mal.

So today's episode just be me and Helen. We did a similar episode a few weeks ago with Janet

and myself where we kind of dive into our individual friendships. And it seems like everyone

likes to hear about the nuances in our dynamic duo. So today's episode will be me and Helen

talking about our dynamic, which is chaotic, I would say. Yeah, to say the least. Yeah.

I think a lot of people do see us as a trio, but what people don't really recognize, I guess,

is that we actually have very unique relationships with each of us, right? Me and you, me and Janet,

you and Janet, which I love that episode, by the way, is so cute. I didn't expect you.

You're so emotional. Yeah. And the editing elongated the sadness. I was like, damn.

Should we laugh the same? I'm getting nervous. You know what? I just saw both of us go back.

I will. There's lots of similarities with this. I will say, though, because I recorded the

episode first. This is your first 101. Yeah. I feel like I'm getting emotionally, I'm preparing

myself for today. Okay. And even though we are co-workers, we always say that we are friends first.

And I think that is actually one of the big reasons why we work so, so well together, because we

have a good foundation. We also get a lot of friendship-related questions from people out there. So

this is the first time that Mel and I have sat down to actually talk about our our friendship.

But it's, I think it's going to be nice to just think through, you know, how we started,

how we built and fortified and really strengthened our relationship. If it helps anyone out there,

and it's also a good time for us to just reminisce and celebrate. Yes.

There is. Don't we nervous? It's just me. I know. But I just, we don't do this. I know. I know.

It's kind of like, we're always like, sup, sup. Yeah.
