Welcome to the Any Gram Journey. For the next two weeks, Joel and I are going to spend

0:16.4

some time talking about the questions that you've sent in and some things you'd like

0:21.9

for me to elaborate on in relationship to the Any Gram. And I'm really looking forward

0:26.0

to this time. It's my favorite way to teach, actually.

So the first question is going to come from Audrey Brin. She's sent me a Facebook. She

0:38.4

says, I'm two and for a long time, my husband thought he was a four. I always assumed because

0:43.6

fours are so complicated, I just didn't understand him or fours and then that's why it never

1:37.4

they can do well. Probably he's a one who experiences a lot of stress, which is why

1:43.5

you thought he was a four. One's got a four in stress and that begins to feel like kind

1:49.4

of a helpless place. For ones, it's a feeling of I'm alone in this and I'm the only one who cares

2:00.5

enough that we do this exactly right and I can't take care of everything and I try harder

2:06.8

than other people do. And then when it gets to the point where it moves into stress and

2:14.4

there's some four behavior there, then it almost looks like depression at times. And it's
