How are you? I'm great. I'm sitting in a new spot to record that hopefully improves our sound. We just spent like an hour trying to prove it.

Oh my God we did I just realized that it's an hour.

Shit. It's worth it. We received some really sweet feedback from people that they love us, but the sound needed to be better and we totally agree is one of our frustrations.

So I'm sitting in my closet and we'll see and we'll see and we adjusted some other stuff so please let us know people.

hello you know it's really interesting I'm doing great like I'm finally not sick and I'm I'm at that place where I am about to start

something new and big and scary and so I go into this mode of like I have no escape anymore like no like no real like no

destructive type escape and so I go into this mode where I just nap a lot and read a lot and stay in my

pajamas and so I it's not like it's not happy but it's not sad it's just yeah totally get it yeah

so I'm there and I'm just starting to come out of it I'm really I'm very I don't I don't know I don't know I'm doing good I'm doing really good

No we can totally talk about it so I'm gonna do I'm gonna push forward and do I've I've been

trying to figure out what I do what it where I spend my energy and I decided a couple months ago really to jump into the teaching

aspect of it and really bringing forth a online program so I can start to share the tools that I've learned and
