So this is an 80-year-old man who has a history of diabetes, prior treated superficial

bladder cancer about a year ago,

atrial fibrillation, and a local cutaneous melanoma with an excision a couple years ago as well,

who presented with the chief concern of mid to lower back pain. On interview, he denied fever
