Summary

Hello, friends! This week, I have another rapid-fire Q&A for you. I took some questions from the private Hardcore Self Help Facebook group and tackled them one by one without any planning or outlining. Hope you enjoy! Here are the questions covered:

  • How do you feel about people using the term "collective PTSD"?
  • What can I do when I always get scared and cancel therapy sessions?
  • Are medications always necessary for severe depression?
  • How can I be a caregiver with anxiety?

As always, you can send me your questions or topics for the show to [email protected]
