Colonial past that's good I like it. of, you know, time's gone by. A colonial past.

A bygone era, but we always kick off the show with what you've been up to.

So, Robboo, what have you been up to?

Yeah, well, plenty.

I can tell you, we've travelled from my home base in Newcastle in Australia and

the long haul flight over to Glasgow and where I'm going to be for the entire Commonwealth

Games. So no sooner I had you touched down in Glasgow that I found

myself in Newcastle, went down there and on my list of things to do in life has been to run Newcastle

Park Run and on Saturday that dream came true.

So I can now take off the Newcastle Park Run double,

and that was the thrill.

But yeah, it's Games Fever up here in Glasgow.
