Tony's here with his trials and we've got the usual rate your

run and listen apodium. Tom what have you been up to? We're laughing because I

forgot to put at the end of the end of this week bit on there but any

apologies that me what have I been up to I've been to Northern Ireland running around

with my mates from Scotland so you spend much time just mucking about I tell you what

you need to respect these things. You know we

actually ran all 18 park run events over Friday Saturday Sunday and that's no mean

feat because there's plenty of driving in there.

And I'm not the fittest I've ever been, I have to say, and I was properly run walking by the end.

There was a point on the Sunday when I was running with Matt Shields, the country... by the 17 something at the age of 60 next month I think. We were chucking along at about 11 minute miles and he was talking and I had to say, I'm sorry mate, this is just too spicy for me. I'm going to have to walk.

That's 11 minute my name. I love that. That's brilliant. I was absolutely buried but I have to say it was one of the most

profound running experiences I've ever had in my entire life.

Honestly, you know, hanging out with folks from Scotland if you remember this time last year we went

around all the Scottish events in the day that was cool so it was great to

see everybody again and you know we had a great time and it's a great group of friends really but you know we went through some of the most troubled areas in the UK possibly in Europe and it was the communities just came out in force every time from you know the first

one we did was larn Park Run which was about half 10 in the morning on the

Friday the local school came out and there must have which was about half 10 in the morning on the Friday.
