All right folks welcome to the Gritty Bowman podcast.

We're back Aaron Snyder and I, it's been a while.

Yes.

Well we've seen each other all the time but we haven't done a podcast.

Yeah, we've had actually a few people, just so people know, Gritty Bowman's a little

seasonal.

Yes.

Right?

So the topics we cover this year we hit a lot of trade shows and got a lot of shows recorded

at those events.

And then you get hate mail because people get tired of them.

Yeah, they do.

And so for those who have a show recorded that sat down and took the time, that show will

come out in the next month or two but it might take a while.

In the meantime, Aaron and I are getting back on the horn for recording shows, you know,

about topics that between the two of us that tech tips, fitness, nutrition, yeah, kind

of the backpacking, clad 101 kind of stuff.

Yeah.

But today, since it's been a while since we've done a podcast together and we're going

to try to get one out every week going forward, what we're going to do is answer questions.

The first one I think we should get out of the bait, out of the gate right off the bat
