It's Carl here in Chicago, Kyle and Cooper in New York, and across from me, a glazed.

Jake Ariata, you look very tan. I'll let you find the best. Very glazed. And in a new setting down here

next to the sauna, I figured it'd be a good place to set up and do the show.

Is it dry heat? The sauna is dry, right? It's got both. Yeah, it's got the traditional heat.

It's got the infrared. So typically you crank it up. Yeah, turn it on, you know, just on the phone.

Get it to 194, get some water on the rocks, and then fire up the infrared. The infrared's nice.

It kind of heats you from the inside out. So you're being there for 10 minutes, like,

hey, this shit ain't hot. And then five minutes later, you're just oozing toxins.

It's a beautiful thing. Yeah, guy like me needs it. I struggle with the relationship between the

steam and the sauna in the shower after I get done playing around with golf. I'm not a steam fan.

Why? Why? I'm not as I'm not a big I don't mind the steam room, but I feel like it chokes you up.

You can't breathe as well in there. I prefer the sauna. But man, we had a we had a nice

steam room in Chicago that we used, you know, like lackey lester myself. Rossi, we'd sit in there

before the shower and just just clean ourselves out. But then COVID screwed that up, you know,

you COVID, I think it manifests in the steam room. So we weren't allowed to use that, unfortunately.

But yeah, if I pick one or the other, I like the sauna. So I'm going to go with the sauna.
