First of all, let me say, after a little bit of an uncharacteristic absence from me yesterday,

at least in terms of a live show, happy to be back doing this show again, the way that we always do.

Also coming up in a few minutes, I have a little bit of a note for our podcast audience,

in particular those who listen to the show, the audio version of the show.

I'll give that to you in a few minutes.

Let me instead, though, begin this way. I kind of want to combine two things into one here for a moment. Sort of a look back that lingers in the game against Kentucky, along with a look

ahead to the game against Alabama two Saturdays from now. Because as I was telling our

video audience a moment ago before our show kind of officially

starts, in my mind right now, the Alabama game keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

And listen, sometimes maybe I'm a prisoner of the moment.

Perhaps that's what I'm doing to a certain extent here right now.

But as we start thinking about two Saturdays from now against the Crimson Time,

I think there's just a vision in which everything for Georgia the rest of the season gets a little bit easier

if it finds a way to escape from Tuscaloosa with a win.

And conversely, everything about the rest of the season becomes far more pressure packed if Georgia gives away some of its margin for error this early in the season.

I think the Alabama game is gigantic for Georgia.

And I think given that, I think it's really important to try to have the right frame of mind.
