So yesterday, one of the things I said on the show was, in light of a Georgia game against Kentucky, that was not great and no one's going to try to pretend otherwise, the feeling of, man, this and that and kind of the diagnosis that for us will continue today.

The real prevailing emotion that I had was, man, I'm just glad they won.

And I said this in the postgame show Saturday night there as well, which is that,

you know, ultimately, we all know that one day this long streak of regular season wins

and SEC wins and all that, at some point in time, this streak's going to come to an end.

But whenever it does occur, if it eventually occurs this season or some other future season, whenever else, it's going to be end. But whenever it does occur, if it eventually occurs this season or some other

future season, whenever else, it's going to be really disappointing, right? I mean, just holding

on, and even in a game in which Georgia didn't do very much at all, there is still that silver

lining of, well, at least they did enough to win. At least they held on and got the win there on Saturday.

And I think a lot of Georgia fans kind of feel the same way and would probably echo my

sentiment on that. They perhaps say it just a little bit different than I do. Like one of the phrases

that you hear a lot, and as I was doing the show on Monday, I would see this kind of pop up in the

comment section a pretty good bit, which is the notion that, well, listen, no matter how you slice it, a win is a win.

And in one respect, that's obviously true.

And we've certainly heard Kirby Smart say that plenty of times.

I'm never going to apologize for winning on the road in the SEC, that somehow the name of the game is getting

more points than your opponent and getting the win there. And that's basically what Georgia

did on Saturday. And as I said, from one vantage point, that is true. But the question at the heart of all sports media, like, the real question
