I'm JJ Zacharisen, the late round quarterback, and as always, I am joined by my lovely handsome co-host,

Denny Carter. Danny, what's going on? It must be the lighting that prompted you to call me,

call me handsome. I updated my lighting in my office and I feel like it's just shining,

just straight on my face, making me look whiter than ever.

It does look good. The lighting there looks good. Right now, I am sitting in semi-darkness.

I had my lights on. We both have, I'm assuming you have like a studio light type thing type setup going on there. Is that what it is? Can I tell you, can I tell you what I switched to?

I switched to my, vitamin D sunlamp.

Your vitamin D sun lamp. Yeah. That's what's that's what's lighting. Wow. That look it looks really good.

By the way, speaking of that, this is this is not what I thought we were going to talk about when we

started the show show i listened

to so i the only podcast i really listened to is armchair expert by dach shepherd uh you know the

he's married to christin bell and and whatnot he did he did punked way back in the day i and i i think

i mentioned it on this show before i just love love listening to his podcast because he's just so

incredibly vulnerable. Like I've never, I've never listened to a host of anything, be as

vulnerable and as open as he is. And, you know, he's had like drug addictions and, uh, he's had

issues. And he's just, he's an incredibly good, uh, he's smart as hell, but he's also an incredibly good interviewer.

Anyway, he had some dude on this past week who like studies hormones and stuff.
