You know, coming up in a couple of minutes here for our video audience, we're going to have,

what I think is kind of a fun announcement, something brand new. We're going to be doing around here starting on Monday. I think

you'll like this. It's not a huge thing necessarily, but it is a small change and perhaps a change

for the better. We'll give you that here coming up in just a little bit. Also, tomorrow, college

football. That means we've got some thoughts. How does a Georgia

fan in particular get ready to watch the game from Ireland tomorrow between Georgia Tech and

Florida State? I think two things of note you need to be paying attention to will give you that

plus an official prediction before it's all set and done today. But prior to that, I want to talk

for a moment about the Georgia defense. And

I want to make kind of a straightforward point here just for a moment and then talk about some

really kind of fun things to consider as we build off of that here this morning. By the way,

final weekend coming out without Georgia football for quite some times. Let's get settled in on that as an idea.

I think the Georgia defense begins this season in a little bit different position than we're used to seeing.

Where I think that a lot of us would look and say, hey, Georgia probably needs a little bit of a defensive

upgrade in 2024 from where it was in 2023. There are not very many seasons in the Kirby Smart

era where even someone like me who has a tendency to get a little greedy, you know, I, you know,

the line we always joke about is the Mr. Burns line from the Simpsons of when I look at all I have, I trade it all for just a little more. You know, sometimes there's that kind of thought around Georgia football. Man, things are great, but wouldn't it be great if they're even better? Like, you know, there's just that belief that there's always room for improvement. There's always room, you know, to get better. And a greedy guy like me probably sees even more opportunity than others do on something like that.
