about that. Seems like so long ago. Well, it was now, wasn't it? It's been, it feels like it was a long

time ago, but I'm still, I'm still recovering from that and all of my exploits since.

I think, I think that's always a good positive indicator that a good time was had when it takes

you an age to recover.

And I know, you know, from what I remember, and there are a lot of things that are vivid

in my mind.

There are some things that are a little blurrier, but, you know, for alcoholic reasons.

But no, what an amazing, what an amazing weekend.

You know, just spending time with old friends, meeting new friends, and just having, I don't know, just bathing in the love of the Midlife Gamer community.

It's, you can't describe it, you can't put a label on it, but there's just something truly amazing and unique about it. So, you know, what were your takeaways from the, from the weekend? Well, I remember, I did, I did say to, didn't I, that we were going to play, I was going to play some games. Yes, we did. We actually went to the show floor. We played some games. Yeah, we did. and then I played Tempest 2000.

Oh, yes. Yeah, we did. We played guitar. And then I played Tempest 2000. Oh, you were fucking rocking the Tempest 2000. It was like, I was sat there in trance just watching you. And you were just like a god. And then after about 10 minutes, you said, this is going to go on forever. Because you didn't lose a single life. You were clocking up massive scores, left, right and the centre. Yes, we got to play some guitar here. If that game's still so fucking good. I know. It really is. It really is. That just begs to be brought back in some shape or form, but, you know, we'll see. New games, what did I get to play?

I got to play Alien Isolation, which is obviously out now.
